Question?

I am having a problem becoming an adult. I'm not sure how to go from the student to the teacher. I'm okay with the kids, I can be their teacher. It's the other teachers. I have looked at them for so long as my supriors. How do I look at them as my equals? I don't know how to address them as people on my same level. I feel like the kid at the grown up party, even though I am older than some of them! It is as if they are part of the club and I am crashing the party.
